We offer the following rates for shipping:
• FREE shipping on orders over $50.00* in Canada
• $9 fee for orders below $49.99 in Canada
• In Person: FREE order pick up at Corn Crib located at 337 Mountain Road in Moncton, NB.
•We charge the following rates:
- Orders up to $100, the fee is $20
- Orders from $100.01 to $200, the fee is $15
- Orders over $200.01, the fee is $10
• The minimum is $50 order total for us to be able to ship there.
REST OF THE WORLD:
If you would like us to ship somewhere else other than Canada and USA, please contact us to make arrangements.
We charge New Brunswick 15% tax rate.
Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in its original packaging with original tags. We do not offer free shipping on returns. We will not provide any reimbursement for return shipping cost as they are the sole responsibility of the customer. If an item is damaged while shipping the return, you must contact your postal service to find out your options. We are not responsible for any damage to the item when shipping the return.
Gift cards, body care, food, jewelry, the acorn boxes, artworks & sculptures*
Step 1: Contact us via email at email@example.com to find out if your item is eligible for a refund and/or an exchange.
Step 2: Mail us your refund/exchange and include a copy of the receipt.
Step 3: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days (depending of your method of payment company policies). If you have chosen an exchange, your new item will be shipped within 14 days (depending on availability).
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund, double check your account and contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
